Put a small amount of vegetable oil infry pan. Lightly coat Bacon Press with vegetable oil. Place face down in frypan. Heat over very low heat for 20 minutes. Wipe off excess oil with papertowel. Your Bacon Press is now seasoned and ready for use. (Caution: Do notuse in a nonstick fry pan as it may scratch the finish.)Cleaning &Storage:After each use, wash and dry thoroughly and lightly re-coat withvegetable oil before storing.
