Size Name:16-oz FLEX SEAL LIQUID is a patent pending, proprietary formulationthat starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a super strong, flexible,watertight rubberized coating. FLEX SEAL LIQUID can be brushed, rolled, dippedor poured to create a high performance protective rubber barrier that blocksout air, water and moisture on a variety of surfaces and objects. Once cured,FLEX SEAL LIQUID forms a durable, breathable, weatherproof, non slip barrierthat’s resistant to rain, snow, sun, wind, hail, air, moisture, UVdegradation, extreme temperatures and natural weathering. 

DIRECTIONS: Stir canwell, do not shake. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and doesn’t havegrease, oil and dirt on it. For better adhesion, scuff surface with sand paperor steel wool. Coverage will vary depending on amounts of coats used. 1 Large16 ounce – approx. 20Sq. Ft., 1 Jumbo 32 ounce – approx. 40Sq. Ft., 1 Galloncan – approx. 150Sq. Ft., Brush or roll FLEX SEAL LIQUID using an evensweeping motion. Apply several even coats until the surface has beencompletely covered and ALL cracks and holes have been filled. Allow FLEX SEALLIQUID to dry 24 to 48 hours and apply additional coats as needed. Alwaysbrush or roll over a larger area than just where the leak occurred. Dip objectdirectly into the FLEX SEAL LIQUID make a slight swirling motion. Once thesurface has been coated, remove and let any excess drip back into the can.Hang or clip the object in the same vertical position as it came out of thecan and let dry. Pour FLEX SEAL LIQUID directly on the surface allowinggravity to take FLEX SEAL LIQUID into cracks, holes and hard to reach areas.Continue to pour until the surface has been covered and all cracks and holeshave been completely filled.
