Note : Please note that during your initial use orwhenever hair is longer, it is recommended to go slowly as longer hairs canpull or pinch. As an added step to ensure your unit is performing perfectly,it is possible your blade was jarred loose during shipping and theundercarriage of the blade unit is not in complete contact with the innerpower pin that powers the blades. Please note this can easily be corrected bysimply removing the blade and then reinstalling so that the underlying powerpin is correctly positioned in the undercarriage of the blade unit forshaving.
